How the estimate works
The model begins with roof area and applies broad installed-cost factors for the selected material. It then adjusts for roof complexity and tear-off. It intentionally produces a range because an online calculator cannot inspect decking, flashing, ventilation, access, code requirements, or disposal conditions.
