RoofCostByState publishes independent planning tools, state and metro cost guides, and homeowner education. We also review project requests and may introduce homeowners to available roofing professionals.
How information is created
Our cost models use broad installed-cost assumptions and clearly identify the variables an online tool cannot inspect. Editorial pages are written to help homeowners compare scope, understand limitations, and ask better questions.
What we do not do
We are not a roofing contractor, insurer, lender, engineer, law firm, or public adjuster. Online estimates are not bids. Contractor participation does not guarantee availability, workmanship, licensing status, or project outcome.
Maintenance and corrections
